Taking Off Thank you very much for the delivery today, the school called after you had delivered & I collected the goods by 10:15am which was fantastic. You met my request in every way possible and I would like to commend you on your service as it is rare these days... and I work in the customer services field. I was so pleased & impressed with the items that I carried a balloon about with me to show everyone (not inflated) and I keep un-rolling the banner to sneak another look....it is fantastic, thank you!
